It is TIG welded, which means it doesn’t have crevices that could trap bacteria and crumbs. Designed to be mounted near a cook line, it comes with brackets to streamline installation and has a check minder with a floating ball mechanism that holds checks in place. Because it’s made of stainless steel, this unit is durable and resistant to corrosion, warping, and scrapes. It measures 72 inches wide by 12 inches deep by 10¹/₂ inches high.
