It’s thermally insulated to retain heat and utilizes high-velocity, precision-targeted airflow distribution that quickly and evenly cooks pizzas, pasta bakes, sandwiches, and pretzels. To maximize production without increasing its footprint in compact kitchens, this unit can be stacked with two other ovens.
Designed for countertop placement, the Sierra Range C1840G conveyor oven measures 68 inches wide by 353⁄4 inches deep by 22 inches high overall. Its cook time can be modified between 1 and 20 minutes, and the direction of its conveyor can be reversed to accommodate various setups. This single-deck unit is raised on 4-inch adjustable legs so employees can wipe the surface beneath it. To further facilitate cleaning, its crumb tray, front panel, and top and bottom airflow distribution panels are removable. This unit operates with natural gas and has a total output of 60,000 BTUs.
