The Accutemp E32081E060 countertop steamer has a heavy-duty door that can be opened during the cooking cycle to monitor food. Adjustments can be made using digital controls, and a temperature display provides an accurate readout during the process. When the temperature gets too high or the water levels fluctuate, indicator lights will shine to inform employees. After use, this unit has a front-mounted drain valve for water removal, and for durability, the cavity is made of stainless steel.
