The Doyon RPO3 pizza oven is equipped with three rotating decks and an air-reversing jet system that provides fast and efficient heat. It is made of stainless steel, which resists scratches and rust even after repeated use. This oven can be used without a ventilation hood, and several units can be stacked on top of one another to save kitchen space.
