To warm precooked foods prior to serving, the Delfield GAHPT2-SH Specification Line heated pass-thru cabinet maintains temperatures between 120 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Heating elements built behind the vertical ducts improve airflow for even heating, and the unit is insulated with high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane to preserve temperatures in cool environments. Operators can manipulate temperatures with the electronic easyTouch Control, which has a remote monitoring capability, and temperatures are displayed on the digital exterior interface. If temperatures rise or drop unexpectedly, the high- or low-temperature visual alarms alert the operator.

This full-height, two-section Delfield GAHPT2-SH heated cabinet has three adjustable chrome wire shelves per section to accommodate full-size sheet pans. Four half-height doors built onto the front and back of the unit enable users to access specific parts of the section instead of opening the entire unit, which can help save energy. All eight doors feature a smart door hinge, which locks the door in place when opened past 90 degrees. The interior door liner, exterior, and front, and sides are made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel to preserve its original look throughout heavy use. Able to be moved, this 55.22-inch-wide by 32.44-inch-deep by 79.38-inch-deep unit is fitted with 5-inch casters that can lock for stabilization.
