To ensure precooked food is held in a safe warming environment, the Delfield GAHPT2-S Specification Line heated cabinet produces temperatures between 120 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Its heating elements are secured behind the venting system to produce even results, and the cabinet is insulated with high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane that preserves temperatures, even when it’s stored in cool environments or the doors are opened for short periods of time. The easyTouch control is mounted at the front of the unit, displaying temperatures, providing high- and low-temperature alarms, and enabling operators to manage temperatures remotely.

Operators can access the Delfield GAHPT2-S heated cabinet’s pans through the front or back of the unit because it features a pass-thru configuration. The front and back have two correlating full-length, solid doors that close automatically if opened less than 90 degrees. If they’re opened more than 90 degrees, they lock in place. Together, these mechanisms can improve temperature retention and product loading and retrieval. Each section is equipped with three adjustable chrome wire shelves, which can hold full-size sheet pans. Made of durable stainless steel that resists rust, corrosion, and high-volume use, this cabinet measures 55.22 inches wide by 32.44 inches deep by 79.38 inches high.
