Delfield GBR2P-SH 55 1/5″ Two Section Reach In Refrigerator, (4) Left/Right Hinge Solid Doors, 115v

The Delfield GBR2P-SH Coolscapes reach-in refrigerator has two sections, and each section has two-half height doors. Reducing cold air loss compared to full doors, these doors can be opened individually. While it limits visibility, the solid construction of the door effectively traps in heat. Coated in epoxy, the cabinet’s six shelves can hold full-size sheet pans.

Because its refrigeration system is top mounted, the Delfield GBR2P-SH two-section reach-in refrigerator has a large food zone without components taking up space and also positions components away from dirt and debris on the kitchen floor. Digital controls in the system let the operator set the temperature to a specific level between -5 and 0 degrees Fahrenheit. This level can be monitored on the digital display, and if it exceeds the safe level, high/low alarms will alert the operator. An eco-friendly alternative to traditional refrigerants, the system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
