To ensure product is held at consistent temperatures, the Delfield GUF32BP-D Coolscapes worktop freezer is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane. It’s equipped with two drawers made of durable stainless steel and lined with break-resistant ABS plastic. For additional strength and rust resistance, the front and top are also constructed of stainless steel. The top is designed with a backsplash to keep splatter off the adjacent wall, and the exterior is fitted with a digital display with which users can monitor the temperature. This unit’s temperature can be adjusted between -5 and 0 degrees Fahrenheit using electronic controls.

The Delfield GUF32BP-D one-section freezer is positioned on 5-inch casters, enabling operators to transport it for maintenance or roll it out of the way for cleaning. Its exterior and interior sides are made of aluminum-a durable metal that provides excellent defense against corrosion. It accommodates a total of 12 sixth-size pans measuring 6 inches deep, and it operates with a rear-mounted refrigeration system. To minimize its environmental impact, this unit uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
