Using precise electronic controls, operators can adjust the temperature of the Delfield GUF32P-D Coolscapes undercounter freezer from -5 to 0 degrees Fahrenheit. It’s also equipped with an exterior digital display to provide a readout of the current levels. This unit is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane to ensure cold air remains in the cabinet, and it’s mounted on casters to facilitate transportation. To minimize its environmental impact, this unit operates with eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.

The top and front of the Delfield GUF32P-D undercounter freezer are constructed of stainless steel-a heavy-duty metal that defends against rusting, corroding, and denting. Its two drawers are also made of stainless steel and lined with ABS plastic for additional durability and break resistance. This unit provides 5.8 cubic feet of interior space and accommodates 12 sixth-size pans measuring 6 inches deep. Overall, it measures 32 inches wide by 31.59 inches deep by 36 inches high.
