The two sections of the Delfield GUR60P-S undercounter refrigerator have a total interior capacity of 16.2 cubic feet, while its two doors stay open to facilitate loading and unloading and self-close if an employee forgets to shut them. For cold air retention, these doors have gaskets, and the cabinet is insulated with polyurethane to further reduce energy loss. Both sections of the cabinet have a shelf for product storage, and to provide durability and protection against corrosion, the shelves are coated in epoxy.

The Delfield GUR60P-S two-section undercounter refrigerator has electronic controls that enable temperature adjustments from 33 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit. For maintenance needs, the refrigeration system is mounted in the back, and it runs with eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. With a stainless steel front and top, aluminum sides, and a galvanized back and bottom, this unit will withstand high-volume use.
