Strong enough to withstand heavy-duty applications, the Delfield N8144-BRP mechanically cooled cold pan has a galvanized steel exterior and a rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel interior. To streamline cleaning, it’s installed with a 1-inch drain that helps employees remove excess water and moisture.
