The Delfield GUR27P-D undercounter refrigerator has two drawers that hold 12 total sixth-size food pans. Keeping different types of food organized for quick retrieval, each drawer has four adapter bars to separate food pans. To reduce the risk of cold air escaping, the drawers are sealed shut with gaskets, and foamed-in-place polyurethane insulates the cabinet. The single section of this unit has an interior capacity of 4.8 cubic feet.

Using electronic controls, operators can adjust the temperature in the Delfield GUR27P-D one-section undercounter refrigerator from 33 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit. With its stainless steel construction, the top is sturdy enough to prepare food and hold equipment, and the sides and bottom are made of durable anodized aluminum. To relocate this unit elsewhere in the kitchen, it can be rolled on its 5-inch casters-two of these casters lock to hold the refrigerator in place when it’s done moving.
