The Delfield 407P-ES undercounter freezer is a single-section unit that can support 5.7 cubic feet in volume. Its interior is constructed of ABS, which is durable enough to resist corrosion, dents, and chips to ensure proper product storage. A wire shelf included inside the freezer doesn’t corrode in humid environments due to its epoxy coating. Foamed-in-place polyurethane ensures the unit stays cool and reduces energy loss. It uses environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant to maintain temperatures from -5 to 0 degrees Fahrenheit. A thermometer built into the unit ensures the machine is within the correct temperature range.

The front and sides of the Delfield 407P-ES commercial undercounter freezer are made of stainless steel for durability. Its 27.25-inch-wide by 28.50-inch-deep by 35.50-inch-high structure fits underneath a countertop and is supported by 6-inch metal legs to keep the unit off the ground. Its door includes a recessed, quick-grip for to access product easily, and it it’d hinged on the right side. However, when ordering, the door can hinge on the left side to accommodate kitchen environments.
