The Delfield GBR1P-SH refrigerator has a top-mounted refrigeration system that is perfect for bakeries and other establishments that frequently bake since yeast and flour will settle on the floor. To keep temperatures cool, the unit uses R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant through an expansion valve system. Ice is melted off the evaporator using hot gas condensate. Temperatures range from 33 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure product stays in a food safe zone. Three gray, epoxy-coated wire shelves hold product and provide ideal air flow.

LED interior lights provide visibility in the cabinet, while the foamed-in-place, high-density insulation retains cold air. The exterior of the refrigerator is constructed of stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance, and the interior is made of gray-coated aluminum that is also heavy duty. Two solid doors provide access to the interior of the unit. Gaskets surround the edge to keep cold air inside, while the door stays open at 90 degrees or less but will stay open past 90 degrees. The Delfield GBR1P-SH refrigerator has locks on its 5-inch casters to keep it in place.
