Description

Continental SW48N12

Made of stainless steel and aluminum, the Continental Refrigeration SW48N12 sandwich prep unit is dent resistant and suitable for repeated use. It has sturdy doors with chrome handles. To facilitate opening, these doors are spring loaded and they close automatically to limit cold air loss. The walls and door of the base are all foamed in place with polyurethane insulation for structural strength and cold air retention. On the top, this unit has a 12-inch-deep cutting board and cutout with a removable tub that can accommodate 12 sixth-size pans full of sandwich or salad toppings.

For cooling efficiency, this Continental Refrigeration SW48N12 prep table has an expansion valve refrigeration system. This kind of system responds to temperature changes by adjusting the temperature flow, returning to the desired level quickly. The temperature is controlled electronically and displays on a digital screen on the front of the unit. If the temperature strays too far from the set level, the unit will sound an alarm to alert the operator.
