The Beverage Air SPED72HC-18M-4 prep table holds 18 sixth-size pans in its countertop opening. The four pull-out drawers and door section can also be used to store more pans and product. Since the exterior is constructed of stainless steel, it is damage resistant and easy to clean, and its aluminum interior resists corrosion. Since the refrigeration system is mounted in the back, it can be installed next to other equipment without affecting airflow. For ideal energy efficiency, R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant cools temperatures. The Beverage Air SPED72HC-18M-4 prep table has a polyethylene cutting board that is sturdy and removable to simplify cleaning.
