Beverage Air SPED72HC-12-6 72″ Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Beverage Air SPED72HC-12-6 prep table has a top cutout that holds 12 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans, which are included. Forced air from the evaporator is circulated under the pans to evenly cool the stored products. Ingredients in the pans are protected from contaminants in the air and temperature loss by the stainless steel hood and lid assembly. The refrigeration system is rear-mounted, so it can be installed next to other equipment or walls, and it runs on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.

The six pull-out drawers hold 6-inch-deep pans. The drawers have locking slides, preventing them from being accidentally removed from the cabinet. A 10-inch-deep cutting board is included on the Beverage Air SPED72HC-12-6 prep table, making it convenient to prep ingredients or plate finished dishes. Since this cutting board is removable, it is easy to clean.
