Durable and corrosion resistant, the True TDM-R-36-GE/GE-S-S full-service bakery case has a stainless steel interior and exterior, accommodating two 18-inch by 26-inch, two 9-inch by 26-inch, and four 12-inch by 18-inch display pans. The curved front glass—which opens completely for product accessibility—and side panels are constructed of single-pane tempered glass, while rear glass doors equipped with aluminum handles slide open and close. Its interior has three PVC-coated wire shelves, each supporting 150 pounds of product.
Polyurethane insulation is foamed in place inside the True TDM-R-36-GE/GE-S-S full-service bakery case, and a factory-balanced refrigeration system provides a set temperature range between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. To cool the unit, a self-contained capillary tube system meters R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, while reversing condenser fan motors ensure condenser coils are free of debris, increasing energy efficiency and improving cold holding temperatures. The evaporator coil is coated in corrosion-resistant epoxy, and to simplify cleaning and maintenance, the condensing unit slides out of the unit.
