Description
Since the True TCGG-36-S-LD refrigerated deli case has a high-humidity, gravity-coil refrigeration system, it can keep meats, cheeses, and other deli products fresh. The self-contained capillary tube system controls the flow of R134A refrigerant to consistently cool the case, and an automatic defrost cycle is time initiated and time terminated. For structure and temperature retention, polyurethane foam insulates the cabinet.
Tempered for safety, the double-pane front glass is curved, enabling customers to see into the cabinet. LED lights illuminate the interior to enhance visibility of products, and two heavy-duty, PVC-coated wire shelves are adjustable for optimum product presentation. Since the doors are self-closing and have 12-inch handles, loading and unloading the cabinet is efficient. The True TCGG-36-S-LD refrigerated deli case is designed to operate in an environment that does not exceed 55 percent relative humidity or 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
