It produces half-cube ice measuring ³/₈ inch by ⁷/₈ inch by ⁷/₈ inch, which is perfect for use in blended frozen drinks, soft drinks, and dispensed ice operations. The unit is easy to install and service since the Universal Smart Harness control board has digital diagnostics and universal components.

An LED status display alerts the operator when cleaning is required, and one-touch controls allow employees to descale and sanitize the unit with minimal labor. The food zone is designed with plastic components that snap in and out so they can be cleaned in your commercial dishwasher.
