To simplify installation, the Ice-O-Matic CIM1137HW half-cube ice maker features a self-contained condenser. Capable of producing as much as 994 pounds of ice per day in optimum conditions, it can keep up with high demand in fast-paced environments. Its plastic food zone can be wiped free of any buildup or debris, and its dishwasher-safe components facilitate swift, thorough cleaning.
The Ice-O-Matic CIM1137HW ice machine features one-touch controls for sanitizing and descaling to optimize performance. It’s treated with antimicrobial PURE ICE to inhibit the growth of mold and bacteria, and its LED display tells users when cleaning is recommended. This unit is designed to discharge air from the top as well as the side to reduce the risk of obstructed exhaust and overheating.
