To defend against the growth of harmful mold and bacteria, the Ice-O-Matic CIM1137HR half-cube ice maker is treated with antimicrobial PURE ICE. Using a remote condenser and R404A refrigerant, it produces half-size cubed ice; this type is ideal for cooling lemonade, cocktails, and soft drinks. Reducing the risk of obstructed exhaust, it uses a dual-exhaust system that discharges air from the top and the side of the unit.
The components in the Ice-O-Matic CIM1137HR ice machine’s food zone are dishwasher safe to simplify cleaning. It descales and sanitizes with the push of a button, and an LED display provides users with regular status updates. This unit is air cooled and produces a maximum of 973 pounds of ice per day if conditions are ideal.
