A temperature range of 38 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit is maintained by the electronic temperature control, but the temperature can vary if the air curtain is disrupted. High-density, urethane foam keeps cold air inside the cabinet. A night curtain saves the cabinet energy by covering the open part of the cabinet.

Metal, adjustable shelves hold your products securely and come with a price tag molding that helps you organize your items and provide customers with product information. Shielded interior lights and glass end panels make products easy to see. The black interior back panel makes products stand out so they are visible to your customers. The stainless steel display deck is easy to clean and durable. The refrigeration system on the Federal RSSM-378SC BLK refrigerated open air merchandiser pulls out easily for servicing. A PTC condensate evaporator is provided for a self-contained refrigeration system.
