Description

Featuring a swinging glass door on the front and back of the cabinet, the True GDM-05PT-HC~TSL01 countertop merchandiser enables pass-thru operations such as restocking and product rotation. To seal in cold air and keep product chilled, this unit has self-closing double-pane doors and magnetic gaskets. Outside, it’s powder-coated black to protect the surface from scratches and rust. It’s lined with aluminum on the inside and has a stainless steel floor to resist bending from use.

Equipped with two adjustable shelves, the True GDM-05PT-HC~TSL01 refrigerated merchandiser supports various product configurations. The shelves are made of heavy-duty wire for strength and are coated with PVC to streamline cleaning and prevent corrosion. LED lights brighten the merchandiser’s interior and are safety shielded to prevent cracks and breakage if they’re accidentally struck during restocking procedures. This unit’s top-mounted compressor exhausts heat away from the cold storage area, and it’s fronted with an illuminated panel for signage.

Although it doesn’t replace the need for preventative maintenance, the reverse condensing fan motor lenghten’s the unit’s lifespan. When the compressor is started, it blows air in reverse for 20 seconds to rid the condensing coil of dust and debris. This feature ensures proper product temperature and reduces the amount of energy consumption.
