NU-VU RM-5T Half-Size Countertop Convection Oven

The NU-VU RM-5T countertop convection oven features a V-Air system that spreads heat evenly. (5) 18-inch by 26-inch pans or (10) 13-inch by 28-inch pans fit in the compartment. Visibility of the cooking compartment is provided by the tempered glass door, and since the oven is made of stainless steel, it is durable and simple to clean. Its fully insulated design increases operating efficiency by trapping heat in the cabinet.

The NU-VU RM-5T countertop convection oven has solid-state controls that withstand repeated use, and the control panel can be accessed from the side or the front for service. A microswitch shuts down the fan motor to help retain heat, and an indicator light shines when the thermostat is active. This oven is supported by 6-inch stainless steel legs.
