Traulsen UPT6024-DD 60″ Sandwich/ Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Traulsen UPT6024-DD sandwich and salad prep table holds 39 pans that are 6 inches deep or less-the top drawer holds nine pans, the bottom drawer holds six, and the wide top rail holds 24. These pans are kept secure with a reinforced top ledge. This unit includes a reversible, full-length white nylon cutting board and the drawers are self-closing with a magnetic gasket and gasket guard. Each drawer is fitted with a full-length handle and a handy stay-open feature.

Holding temperatures at 34 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, the Traulsen UPT6024-DD prep table uses environmentally friendly R134A refrigerant and has a self-contained, front-breathing refrigeration unit. Its entire cabinet is constructed of a durable stainless steel that expedites cleaning and the interior is made of corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum. The cabinet and doors are insulated with a 2-inch-thick foamed-in-place polyurethane.
