The cabinet has three shelves in each section and a Load-Sure Guard that ensures product cannot block airflow along the walls.

Using a thermostatic expansion valve, the Traulsen G21003 two-section reach-in refrigerator meters R-450A refrigerant to the evaporator; this component is more efficient and accurate than capillary tubes.
