This electronically controlled unit functions as sturdy food prep and cold storage station with its stainless steel top with 4″ tall backsplash and 18.97 cubic feet refrigerated base. This unit promises long years of trouble-free performance, with its stainless steel and galvanized steel exterior construction and aluminum interior.
The base features a total of four (4) drawers, each with a dedicated pan slot that can fit both 4″ and 6″ deep pans. These drawers also have telescopic slides with locking systems that make opening and closing quick and smooth. The stay-open feature makes product loading less cumbersome. The adaptive defrost feature programs the unit to only defrost as needed generates energy savings while maintaining desired cooling performance.
