With 68.34 cubic feet storage capacity divided into three distinct sections, the Victory Refrigeration RSA-3D-S1-HC reach-in refrigerator lets you organize and refrigerate your entire inventory or a large batch of it in a single, easily accessible piece of equipment. With a stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior, this refrigerator is well-equipped to perform in fast-paced kitchens. This model is powered by an innovative 0.75 hp variable-speed compressor specifically designed to cut your energy consumption without reducing performance by slowing down during low-load applications.

This reach-in refrigerator is controlled electronically via the Touchpoint screen, where you can perform a myriad of tasks at a single tap, such as turning on energy-saving mode, designating access to authorized employees, recording temperature data, or initiating manual defrost. You can also activate adaptive defrost, which programs the unit to only defrost when the conditions are the most efficient, further increasing your energy savings.

The reach-in refrigerator can safely chill your products at 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit without causing harm to the planet, with the presence of the R290 refrigerant and an expansion valve system. There’s a lot of space for a wide variety of products that you can optimize to your exact needs with the nine (9) silver freeze wire shelves supplied with the unit. The refrigeration system is mounted on the top, self-contained, to unlock more usable space. The entire unit is supported by four 6″ tall stainless steel legs, which are adjustable to different heights.

The doors are fitted with durable snap-in magnetic Santoprene gaskets and anti-condensate heaters further assisted by the hot gas condensate evaporator to maintain prolonged freshness and protect from physical damage on the equipment that can be caused by condensation. The magnetic door switch activates the LED lighting to brighten the interior as soon as you operate the doors. You can have the doors fixed in the open position to aid in loading products in bulk. The doors are also lockable to help prevent any attempts of tampering or theft.

The Victory Refrigeration RSA-3D-S1-HC reach-in refrigerator is part of the UltraSpec series and is proudly made in the USA. This model is approved by cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation and comes standard with a three-year parts and labor warranty with a two-year warranty on the gaskets.
