Alto-Shaam 1200-TH-DLX Description

The Alto-Shaam 1200-TH-DLX cook-and-hold oven is equipped with deluxe touchscreen controls that enable operators to program recipes, manage temperatures, and collect HACCP data. Able to generate and maintain temperatures between 200 and 325 degrees Fahrenheit for cooking or 85 to 205 degrees Fahrenheit for holding, the Halo Heat system doesn’t use fans or add humidity that can impact food quality. Because it produces relatively low temperatures, it can cook product overnight to reduce labor and boost productivity.

Both sections in the Alto-Shaam 1200-TH-DLX cook-and-hold oven accommodate eight full-size pans or 16 half-size pans, and each section has a 120-pound or 60-quart capacity. Three wire shelves stabilize the pans in place, while the compartments’ reach-in configurations grant direct access for loading and retrieving product. When the doors are opened for short periods of time, the SureTemp heat-recovery system compensates for heat loss that could disturb ideal interior conditions. This heavy-duty, durable stainless steel full-height unit resists rust and corrosion for a lasting service life. Because it’s fitted with 31/2-inch casters, the oven can be moved for maintenance, cleaning, and servicing as needed.
