The Structural Concepts CO63R-UC-E3 Oasis open-air cooler turns part of an existing counter into a grab-n-go area. At 71.25 inches long, it has plenty of room to hold products, whether cold beverages, fruit cups, salads, or sandwiches. LED lights brighten the contents, drawing customers in to increase sales. To blend in with the counter, the front panel extends over the end panels, while the height can be adjusted with the included levelers.

Keeping product temperatures at around 40 degrees Fahrenheit, this Structural Concepts CO63R-UC-E3 undercounter case has a refrigeration system that pulls in air from the back, then pushes the air through products and towards the front. A front panel helps direct air up and over the products instead of pushing it out into the walkway. Because this unit is air cooled, it requires 4 inches of clearance at the front and back for airflow.
