The Conserver XL HH from Jackson has a high hood to accommodate sheet pans and 60-quart mixing bowls. This model uses chemical sanitization, and has built in chemical pumps along with a low product indicator light. A delimer switch, removable upper and lower rinse arms, removable scrap screen, and stainless steel construction makes this model easy to clean and maintain.
