The Cecilware 7443E-EX AMW brewer coffee urn has twin 3-gallon urns and can make (625) 5-ounce cups of coffee per hour. The water tank fills itself automatically, simplifying operation. To make coffee, users load the brew basket, place the spray arm over it, and push the brew button. Water runs through a heat exchange coil, where it is heated to the proper brewing temperature. Once ready, the spray arm thoroughly coats the grounds, then agitation separates the grinds, fully extracting their flavor. The spray arm also has an adjustable bypass, so it can extract coffee despite various water conditions.

This Cecilware 7443E-EX brewer coffee urn can be controlled using the thermostat at the front. It is marked clearly with settings for hold, brew, standby, and off. If the electronics need servicing, they are accessible through the side drawer. This unit is made of 304 stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance. It has a Teflon-coated spray arm to expedite cleaning and a low-water cutoff feature to prevent heating element burnout.
