Vulcan VCBB36B 36″ Gas Range w/ Full Charbroiler & Storage Base

Great for cooking food with an emphasis on grilled and smoky flavors, the Vulcan VCBB36B heavy-duty gas range has a charbroiler top. It has six cast iron burners, with each section having its own slanted, lift-off grate. Heat from the burners is directed up to the food on the grates by radiants, and this range has a cabinet base, which is an ideal alternative to an oven in kitchens that need additional storage space. Because the unit is mostly made of stainless steel, it stands up to high-volume use and simplifies cleaning. The gas manifold is on the front of the range, so operators can bank other ranges and pieces of equipment to it.
