The stainless steel construction of the Vulcan 60SC-10BNG Endurance range ensures durability and streamlines cleaning, while the high shelf attached to its back riser serves as a convenient storage area for cooking utensils or dishes. To ensure the area is kept tidy, it is equipped with an extra-deep pull-out crumb tray.
The Vulcan 60SC-10BNG commercial range is designed with a standard and convection oven to maximize convenience and reduce the number of necessary appliances in the kitchen. The doors of each oven have an integrated and durable hinge spring mechanism that doesn’t require adjustment. Ensuring operator comfort and safety, the burner knobs remain cool to the touch when cooking at high temperatures.
