The Turbo Air TST-36SD-15-N6 prep table can hold ingredients for salads and sandwiches in 15 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans. The cold bunker system forces chilled air all around and over the pan compartment to create a shield that keeps cold air around the product, maintaining temperatures under 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The 91/2-inch-deep-by-1/2-inch-thick cutting board provides place for preparing ingredients and plating meals.

The unit uses R600A hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain temperatures between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit. The Turbo Air TST-36SD-15-N6 prep table has a refrigerated cabinet base enclosed by two solid doors that provides cold storage for ingredient refills and other food items on two 15-inch-by-17-inch shelves. Long-lasting and efficient LED lighting inside the cabinet makes finding stored items easier.
