True TSSU-36-08-ADA 36″ Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

Measuring 34 inches tall, the True TSSU-36-08-ADA-HC sandwich and salad prep table is ADA compliant and comes with eight sixth-size food pans for storing ingredients. A stainless steel, removable hood and lid are insulated and cover the food pans to trap cold air, and its stainless steel floor has coved corners, so it is convenient to clean. This unit has a sturdy, removable polyethylene cutting board on which users can prepare food. Along with a GalFan-coated steel back, this model’s exterior is made of durable stainless steel, while its interior is made of clear-coated aluminum.

The True TSSU-36-08-ADA-HC sandwich and salad prep table has a refrigeration system that is factory balanced, and its condensing unit can be accessed from the back to streamline maintenance. To ensure longevity and corrosion resistance, the evaporator is epoxy coated. This unit maintains a set temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit with the help of large fan blades powered by a sealed, self-lubricating fan motor.
