To rid the cabinet of ice, its defrost feature adapts to changing situations and its evaporator removes water buildup to reduce maintenance. If maintenance is required, the refrigeration system can be accessed quickly from the side of the cabinet. To streamline cleaning, this unit is made of stainless steel that can be wiped clean.

Maintaining temperatures of 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, the Beverage Air DPD93HC-9 prep table keeps food fresh and safe to eat. The refrigerated rail holds four half-size pans and the base comes with nine shelves-each can hold 275 pounds without sustaining damage. When it’s time to prepare food and assemble pizzas, this unit has a 19-inch cutting board, offering plenty of space for assembling, chopping, and slicing.
