To ensure cold air is retained, the Beverage Air DP72HC pizza prep table is equipped with snap-in door gaskets. It features two sections that each have 2 epoxy-coated, corrosion-resistant steel shelves, while its cutting board is made of durable polyethylene that can stand up to everyday use-great for sandwich shops and busy pizzerias.

The Beverage Air DP72HC refrigerated prep table has a temperature holding range between 36 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit and cools with environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant. It includes a refrigerated pan rail as well as removable stainless steel hoods. To facilitate transportation, it is mounted on 3-inch casters.
