The True TSSU-60-12-HC food prep table has a pan rail and 12 food pans on the left side of the counter, while the right side is open for snacks and equipment. Pans are refrigerated and an insulated lid pulls over them, providing heat and contamination protection. Stretching across the top, an 113⁄4-inch-deep cutting board provides a space to create sandwiches and salads, and it is large enough to accommodate trays or plates.
Additional ingredients can be stored in the cabinet on the floor and on four adjustable shelves. Its two self-closing doors seal shut with magnetic gaskets, and the two door handles stay firmly in place because they are attached with interlocking sheet metal. For durability, the cabinet has a dent-resistant, clear-coated aluminum interior and a rust-resistant stainless steel floor, which is coved with rounded corners that do not trap debris.
