Ice-O-Matic ICEU300FW
The Ice-O-Matic ICEU300FW full-cube ice machine is an undercounter model with a built-in, 97-pound-capacity bin. It produces a maximum of 356 pounds of ice daily in optimal conditions, and it uses Harvest Assist technology to guide ice through the unit and lower energy consumption. To inhibit the growth of harmful mildew, mold, and bacteria, it’s treated with antimicrobial Pure Ice.
Ensuring a long service life in high-volume operations, the Ice-O-Matic ICEU300FW undercounter ice maker is constructed of resilient stainless steel and fingerprint-resistant plastic. Its evaporator plate is nickel plated for additional strength, and its condenser is self-contained to streamline installation. This unit produces full-size cubes and cools with R404A refrigerant. It’s condenser is water cooled, using cold water to cool the condenser coils instead of air. This type of unit requires high volumes of water to operate, so it’s not a feasible option in many establishments.
