Configured to suit various applications, the Black Diamond BDGR-6024G commercial gas range has six open burners and a 24-inch griddle plate. With this setup, cooks can prepare food in pots and pans or directly on the flattop. The burner grates are 12 inches by 12 inches and the griddle plate measures 3/4 of an inch thick. Splash guards wrap around the griddle plate to catch grease splatter and debris, keeping surrounding surfaces clean.
The base of this Black Diamond BDGR-6024G commercial range with griddle has two standard ovens, and each has two adjustable racks. Made of porcelain, the interior oven liners are resistant to corrosion and ensure food doesn’t stick to the surface. The oven door handles are designed to stay cool to the touch and their thermostats are adjustable from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Most of the range is made of heavy-duty stainless steel-a rust-resistant construction that streamlines cleaning. It’s mounted on 6-inch adjustable legs.
