Black Diamond BDGR-24 Description
The Black Diamond BDGR-24 commercial gas range has four burners that can be used to stew, fry, sauté, and more. These burners have lift-off heads and are controlled individually with separate pilots and controls. This unit has a built-in backriser that directs heat to the hood vent, and its built-in shelf can hold salamander broilers and cheese melters.
The base of this Black Diamond BDGR-24 four-burner gas range has a standard oven. Unlike a convection oven, this type of oven heats food from the bottom without a fan circulating heat. It has an adjustable temperature range, from 200 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. The oven’s interior liner is made of porcelain-a corrosion-resistant construction that prevents food from sticking. Its oven door is spring loaded and has a handle that stays cool to the touch.
