The Black Diamond BDECTG-36 gas griddle is mounted on adjustable legs to enable users to select their ideal working height. With its durable, stainless steel plate, this unit is ideal for repeated use in busy kitchens. To simplify cleaning, it’s equipped with a grease trough and removable drip tray.
The manual control knobs of the Black Diamond BDECTG-36 countertop griddle are covered by a stainless steel, bull-nose front to protect users from burns during operation. Each of its burners has a separate gas valve and standing pilot ignition system to ensure fast heating and even cooking. To deter grease from splattering on adjacent walls, it features a splash guard.
