The Black Diamond BDECTG-24 gas griddle is equipped with manual controls protected by a bull-nose front. Its smooth, stainless steel plate can withstand repeated heating and cooling without warping for intensive, high-volume use. This griddle’s grease trough is 3 inches wide to expedite cleaning.
To streamline cleaning, the Black Diamond BDECTG-24 countertop griddle features both a splash guard and a removable drip tray. Its front and sides are constructed of stainless steel to provide long-lasting durability. To ensure flexibility, its legs can be adjusted to the user’s preferred height.
