The Black Diamond BDECTC-24 countertop charbroiler features reversible, adjustable, cast iron grates. Its front and sides are made of scratch- and rust-resistant stainless steel, so this unit is ideal for intensive, heavy use. Its splash guard border keeps grease splatter off surrounding walls.
To streamline cleaning, the Black Diamond BDECTC-24 gas charbroiler is equipped with a removable, stainless steel drip tray. Each burner has a separate gas valve and standing pilot ignition system. This unit is mounted on legs that can be adjusted to match operators’ preferred working heights.
