The Black Diamond BDCTH24 commercial hot plate features four cast iron burners, each with an individual gas valve and pilot light to ensure safety and cooking precision. Its front and sides are made of durable stainless steel, which can withstand heavy use without scratching or rusting. Its removable drip tray also is constructed of stainless steel, streamlining cleaning.

This Black Diamond BDCTH24 countertop hot plate is mounted on four legs that can be adjusted to the operator’s desired height. Its manual control knobs are protected by a bull-nose front to shield users’ hands from heat or grease splatter. The unit can be powered by natural gas or LP gas.

Black Diamonds 4 burner heavy duty gas countertop hotplates is constructed of stainless steel front and sides that are fully welded and able to stand the toughest of kitchen environments. Each burner puts out 25,000 BTU/hour with two cast iron burners for every 12″ grate width. Units come standard with 4-5″ adjustable legs, separate gas valves for each burner with standing pilot lights and a 3/4″ rear NPT gas inlet.
