Great for burgers, grilled cheese, bacon, and eggs, the Black Diamond BDCTG-48T gas griddle has a 47.75-inch by 22-inch plate. Measuring 1 inch thick, the plate is durable and resistant to warping when the temperature gets high, creating superior heat distribution and retention. The unit has four burners that are spaced at regular, 12-inch intervals. These burners are controlled by thermostatic knobs, so users can set the heat at specific temperatures.
