The Hamilton Beach HMI012 BigRig immersion blender has a 6-gallon blending volume for mixing, chopping, pureeing, and emulsifying. Operating at speeds between 3,000 and 15,000 RPM, it’s equipped with a ThumbDrive variable speed dial for adjustment. This feature also includes a color-coded light that provides feedback during use. For high-volume blending, the machine runs continuously, while the stainless steel blade has a guard for user protection.

To permit tidy storage, the Hamilton Beach HMI012 variable speed blender includes a wall-mount hanger with a cord holder. The 12-inch shaft grip is fitted with a two-position handle for comfortable use. For high-volume operation, it’s made of stainless steel-a resilient metal that resists rust, corrosion, dents, and scratches.
