It comes with a 3/4″ NPT rear gas connection, and a 120V electrical connection for operation. Programmed In Safety
Safety is paramount in busy commercial kitchens. The Cookline CC100 is fitted with an automatic ignition system for gas safety operation, which activates in the event of a flameout. If the ignition fails 3 times, the deck oven will automatically shut down.
